The Republican Federated Women of The Villages and the Republican Federated Women of Citrus/Sumter were recognized by the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) for their outstanding contributions to the Republican Party. The NFRW was celebrating its 85th year of existence.
Both clubs were awarded the NFRW’s Diamond Level Achievement Award at its 42nd Biennial Convention held in Oklahoma City. The Diamond Award recognizes clubs across the USA that demonstrate excellence in campaign activities, legislative programs, community relations, membership development, and leadership over the past two years.
Carol Mangan, President of the Republican Federated Women of The Villages and Melissa Beaudin, Secretary of the Republican Federated Women of Citrus/Sumter accepted the awards on behalf of their respective clubs.

Dedicating thousands of hours in support of Republican candidates
Making tens of thousands of phone calls on behalf of the Republican Party Get Out the Vote initiatives
Donating over 1,000 pounds of food, plus household goods, clothing, baby products through our “Caring for America” initiatives in Sumter County and throughout Florida
Legislative education and activism in the areas of Voter Integrity, Anti-CRT, Keep 9 SCOTUS, medical freedom, and Anti-Human Trafficking
